Three more carriages! [ is all he has to say - and it's a feat, to expend that energy on talking as his running, walking, whatever it was before, is now a hurried slog - like a snorlax trying its best to run, but without the great lumbering thudding. ...close enough, though.
Three more carriages, three more carriages, three more carriages! It's the chant of his anthem, of his Carrying Inigo Story, the mosy bizarre recolleciton of your first time anyone will ever surely be able to share.
He doesn't say anything when they miracously make it to the next carriage door, opting to lean his head and just make mouth noises to tell Inigo to do his job with opening the door. It's ok, he won't buckle when it opens. ]
[ He sure doesn't buckle when Inigo opens that door.
Even though he kind of feel like Tidus might. Inigo can't help but notice the way the other is starting to slow down more, even though he's still going - some of the initial energy has already faded, completely spent on trying to move Inigo's weight.
.. a thought arises in Inigo's head.
Quite possibly the most disastrous thought possible, and yet it just flies out of his mouth, like he isn't even thinking about it. (Thankfully no one seems to be around in this particular sleeper hall - for now.) ]
[ Granted, Tidus's head isn't on just sex and all of the day's activities, and particularly the one going now, though it said said as he starts to feel a jabbing pain in his side. Something in his body disagreeing with this activity to a deeply uncomfortable effect that's harder to ignore than overall exhaustion and pain.
You know, as you do. Tidus tries to keep up his sluggish slow pace, but even that's getting harder to achieve. ]
Ugh... okay... so maybe... you ate one too many cakes...
[ He never considered how much Inigo ate before he got into this, did he...... ]
[ IS IT INIGO'S FAULT THAT EVERYTHING AT THE PARTY WAS DELICIOUS?
Though Inigo seems to at least have enough sense to not blurt that part out when Tidus sounds like he's about to give in and collapse. And possibly break his spine, if he'd collapse with Inigo still perched on his back like this.
So this whole challenge is sounding like a worse idea to Inigo by the moment, to a point where he starts to fuss.
.. or, well, fuss even more than he already was, sue him. ]
Tidus..! Tidus, c-come on, it's alright! You win, okay? You got me this far, so you can put me down! [ BRO, PLEASE. This is an intervention for your own good!! ]
