It's an incredibly startling thought, and Inigo can feel his heart beating so rapidly that for a moment he wonders if he may just pass out right here and now in the water and end this in the dumbest way possible.
But he doesn't. Thank Naga. His hands move to Tidus's shoulders, landing on there, and this time he leans in for a small kiss. Like he can't really get enough either. (Like he has to confirm, once more, that this is real.) ]
Y.. Yeah. I guess it would be a lot to explain if someone suddenly did show up..
[ It was easier to dismiss the rest of the train in the heat of their kissing, but now... it's not entirely on his mind, but Tidus knows what privacy here is like. Sometimes you can grab it for moments; most of the time, you're lucky to experience it. He only figures that so many people being younger than they should has afforded them this spare time. After all, who's going to think to bring kids to a spa? Or even to hide out in one?

So Inigo's nervous, panic-filled brain is trying to think up more as quickly as possible. A way to deal with all of this. A way to make Tidus feel better. Think, think, think--
Oh, look. It's their cabin. Inigo quickly pulls out his ticket to open the door, glad to find that neither of their roommates are currently present.
It gives him an opportunity to make up for this awkwardness. By shoving his ticket back into a pocket on his pants as quickly as possible, and instead tug on Tidus's arms until his hands appear out of the pockets. So he can grasp those instead, tugging the other along into the room as the door shuts behind them. ]
Don't make that face.
[ You know the one. The sulky one. But Inigo says it with a tone that's weirdly warm, almost a tad vulnerable as he releases one hand to instead touch the side of Tidus's face, pulling him a bit down and closer for a kiss. ]
Or-- Is that what I need to distract you from? [ A semi-awkward callback to the joke gone wrong, but it's cute in that incredibly dorky sort of way. ]
[ Tidus doesn't mean to come off any one way. If any, he'd want to think he comes off casual, unaffected, but Tidus has never been great at completely masking his feelings. The pout on his lips, chewing on the inside of his cheek; to him, he's just making his resting face, obviously.
But Inigo reads him better, even if Tidus doesn't agree as they walk through the door - or as Inigo tugs him inside, a colour of light next to the boring wall he'd been casually viewing. Smiling, but Tidus is ready to protest that accusation, before his lips are put to another use.
And then - Tidus knows there's a reference being made here, but his mind stays a muddled mess as Inigo pulls away, trying to figure out how to respond, and quick. ]

[ It means exactly that, since Inigo draws him in for another kiss.
If only most things in life were as easy as earning kisses from Inigo. Then again, he's quite eager to kiss Tidus - the butterflies in his stomach tell him as much every time their lips meet - so it's not like he needs much of an excuse to do so, no matter how good of an excuse Tidus's cute face when he responds so hastily is.

But the other just keeps going, and Inigo's flustered feelings reach just enough of a limit that he can't help but raise his head again, blushing fiercely as he finally looks right at Tidus. ]
[ Even with some initial goal in what he was going for, Tidus wasn't suspecting - or even considering the need of it - the flirtatious angle he falls into, the daring hold of his eyes that are just as playful and him. A flutter in his heart, and he can't deny that all he wanted, wants, was to rile Inigo up -- make him see that they don't need to be so specific.
Was that it? Whatever the point is now, he closes the distance of their faces so close that their noses might be what kiss, head tilted, looking from under his eyelids.

Clearly there is only one way to solve this problem, right? And it's not through words, because that way he may just muck things up even more. Or just once more.
So instead of saying anything, Inigo leans in a little further, pressing their lips together.

The lips are a mysterious welcome; shouldn't be, since didn't he just invite them over? But Tidus's brain isn't quite working to begin with, overreactions slowly fizzling to an understanding--of oh, lips.
And he accepts the kiss, eyes closing for the time that it's there. Or the time that he lets it be, being the one to withdraw, if slowly. Without pressure, his thumbs massaging the side of Inigo's left hand. ]

So Inigo's nervous, panic-filled brain is trying to think up more as quickly as possible. A way to deal with all of this. A way to make Tidus feel better. Think, think, think--
Oh, look. It's their cabin. Inigo quickly pulls out his ticket to open the door, glad to find that neither of their roommates are currently present.
It gives him an opportunity to make up for this awkwardness. By shoving his ticket back into a pocket on his pants as quickly as possible, and instead tug on Tidus's arms until his hands appear out of the pockets. So he can grasp those instead, tugging the other along into the room as the door shuts behind them. ]
Don't make that face.
[ You know the one. The sulky one. But Inigo says it with a tone that's weirdly warm, almost a tad vulnerable as he releases one hand to instead touch the side of Tidus's face, pulling him a bit down and closer for a kiss. ]
Or-- Is that what I need to distract you from? [ A semi-awkward callback to the joke gone wrong, but it's cute in that incredibly dorky sort of way. ]

But Inigo reads him better, even if Tidus doesn't agree as they walk through the door - or as Inigo tugs him inside, a colour of light next to the boring wall he'd been casually viewing. Smiling, but Tidus is ready to protest that accusation, before his lips are put to another use.
And then - Tidus knows there's a reference being made here, but his mind stays a muddled mess as Inigo pulls away, trying to figure out how to respond, and quick. ]

If only most things in life were as easy as earning kisses from Inigo. Then again, he's quite eager to kiss Tidus - the butterflies in his stomach tell him as much every time their lips meet - so it's not like he needs much of an excuse to do so, no matter how good of an excuse Tidus's cute face when he responds so hastily is.
He lingers a bit longer this time too. Taking the lead this time, gently tugging on Tidus's (perhaps still faintly pouty) lower lip.
It lasts long enough that Inigo feels a little out of breath when he finally does pull his head back. ]

[ It's the most uncoolest he sounds, but Tidus can't help it. When Inigo kisses him again, taking his bottom lip between his teeth and tugging it like that, it warms his skin that the less heated air started to cool. Or is it his nerves, the rush of them alighting in his body?
This isn't how it felt back in the spa pool. It's a different kind of feeling, than when he had taken the lead before. Now that Inigo's doing it...

Um- [ Tidus looks around him, searching, though it's inside his own head he should be doing that. This isn't where he can just start kissing at Inigo, is it? But for the clumsy moment, Tidus makes up his mind to go to his bed, using their joined hands to lead Inigo over (wondering if he should let go, but then he isn't sure how Inigo would take it, so--).
His shoes kick off before they climb on the bed, folding under him; facing the space set for Inigo to take. A hand pushing through his hair.

Soo...kissing's cool, right? [ --ugh, he wishes he hadn't already dropped his hand from his head. Time to lace them together, to stop himself from fidgeting. ] Uh...

Inigo is mentally freaking out so much about the thought that it registers a moment too late with him that the other guy is actually talking to him. ]

[ Which is the truth, but for a moment the thought slips through Inigo's mind that shit, maybe that made it a little too obvious that he's feeling a little more here-- but then he realises it could also just be interpreted as him not being interested in anyone here at the moment.
Right? Right. Hopefully. Maybe he should just quickly speak on to distract from it. ]
But is it.. Is it something you'd want to do more often? I mean-- I.. never mind doing this. [ If that isn't obvious, even with his ultimate flustering over here. He puts his hands on top of Tidus's, either to make the other guy stop fidgeting, or to keep himself from fidgeting in the first place. ] And.. you know. Why go without if we don't.. have to? Ah, Inigo's hands are on his. Should he do something with them? Tidus lets his thumbs slip out rest over the hands now there; second guessing the move (like he is everything right now), but ultimately leaving them there, telling himself not to think about it.
And let him not think about it by waving both his and Inigo's hands up some in his hurried answer. ]
That makes sense to me! That's cool! That's what you asked back in the pool, didn't you?

Or.. at least be nice? [ The suggestion is done kind of shyly, since Inigo still feels weird about just being able to ask for this now. Something he's wanted for so long, even if it's not quite all the way, as far as he wants it to go.

[ Even with some initial goal in what he was going for, Tidus wasn't suspecting - or even considering the need of it - the flirtatious angle he falls into, the daring hold of his eyes that are just as playful and him. A flutter in his heart, and he can't deny that all he wanted, wants, was to rile Inigo up -- make him see that they don't need to be so specific.
Was that it? Whatever the point is now, he closes the distance of their faces so close that their noses might be what kiss, head tilted, looking from under his eyelids.
