Inigo knows that it's a 'for now' that's still stretched out over a long period, if the time they've taken to get anything done so far shows anything at all.
But right here and now, with Tidus so close to him.. He can think of the 'for now' that's a little more short-term as well.
So he shifts. Moving just enough so he can actually press his lips against Tidus's.
It's nothing too wild, since he knows the other has got to still be tired.. but it works. Just something slight is enough for him in this moment. And perhaps it can soothe Tidus's heart a little as well. ]
How about this for now too, hm? [ He pulls his head back, just to show he's smiling at the other. ] .. don't worry, I know you're too tired for more.

But we still have a few days worth of kissing to make up for, you know.
